Sony Vaio W netbook coming to the US next month

Sony has announced that their Vaio W netbook will be shipping to the US sometime next month with a $499 price tag.

The Sony Vaio W netbook (laptop) will be available in 3 colors – berry pink, sugar white and cocoa brown. It comes preloaded with the Meda Plus Multimedia Streaming software that lets you stream wirelessly across DLNa-enabled devices and videos. Furthermore music and pictures can be accessd from your W Series to your personal computer or Playstation 3 and vice-versa.
