Online insurance portal - click2insure.in has launched a “FREE terrorism cover” for citizens of the country. For this, the click2insure.in has tied up with insurance company New India Assurance.
The insurance cover of Rs 1 lakh is for a period of one year. It is free of cost for the all Indian citizen above 25 years of age and free insurance will be given to 1 Lakh citizens on first come first serve basis in association with New India Assurance.
The procedure for getting insurance is easy - Just visit there website www.click2insure.in and click on the link to join this free policy and fill up the form (address, permanent account number or driving licence number and contact details). After processing, the policy will be delivered within three hours to the applicant’s mailbox.
The policy document states, “The holder of this certificate is insured against the loss of life caused by or against the act of terrorism for Rs 1 lakh for one year.”
