The word Yoga belongs to Sanskrit language. It is derived from the root word, ‘Yug’ which means ‘yoke’ or ‘unite’. Yoga has nothing to do with any religion. Yoga is best exercise of combining the mind, body and spirit. Yoga is a system that benefits body, mind and spirit.
