Why AIDS is Still Incurable?

Lot of dread has been created about HIV and AIDS but there is no solid treatment to cure this disease yet. We keep hearing about various researches but where can cure be found is not known to common person. All he has is hopes and news. Many have made their fortunes in the name of AIDS but the sufferers are at the place where they were years back: management, consolation, flood of advices but no cure.

After all why no cue has been found yet even with most advanced facilities for medical research. Is it because the research is on the wrong track, the virus is so strong that it cannot be killed or is it that the intention of all the research is not to find the cure but gradually drive the whole mankind to suffer. I am not sure what may happen in the future but some how I have a feeling that there is something wrong somewhere that is obscuring the path to discovery of effective cure.
