SAP Labs introduces "Earn while you learn" programme for graduates

SAP Labs India recently launched “earn while you learn” programme targeted at graduates. The programme is in partnership with the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.

“Earn while you learn” programme is spread over four years, at the end of which the graduates will receive a master in software engineering from BITS, while simultaneously gaining experience, skills and exposure to practices at SAP.

SAP Labs has recruited fresh graduates and is funding the entire programme on their own, which includes fees of the student Rs 20,000 per semester (total 8 semesters in the MS), monthly stipend of Rs. 12,500 for the first two years and Rs 25,000 during the last two years of the programme. SAP Labs India is SAP’s second largest Research & Development and Global Services & Support center in the world, founded in November 1998.

The Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani is an all-India Institute for higher education. The primary motive of BITS is to “train young men and women able and eager to create and put into action such ideas, methods, techniques and information”. BITS is located in the Vidya Vihar campus adjacent to the town of Pilani in Rajasthan.
