Twenty years ago Japan’s Nintendo launched the Game Boy and sold 200 million units worldwide. The Game Boy is iconic handheld video game player that spawned characters from Super Mario to Pokemon. It was released in Japan on April 21, 1989 and was created by Gunpei Yokoi.
